Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you commission an audit of applications from Neural Network Audit Partners (“we”, “us”) via ai-neuralnetworks.digital or by direct correspondence. By paying a deposit or confirming a written scope, you accept these terms.

Services

We provide document review and written findings related to admissions, scholarship, and employment application materials. We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, guaranteed outcomes, or ghostwriting unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that materials you send are yours to share, that factual claims in those materials are accurate to your knowledge, and that you will not misrepresent our findings to third parties as an endorsement by any institution.

Intellectual property

Your drafts remain your property. Findings memos and templates we create remain our intellectual property; you receive a licence to use them for your own applications. You may not resell or republish our memos.

Fees and payment

Fees are as quoted in writing. A deposit reserves the reading window. The balance is due before release of the findings memo. Informational prices on the website are not offers.

Liability

Application decisions rest with receiving institutions. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost admission offers or employment opportunities.

Confidentiality

We treat your materials as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as required by law or with your written permission (for example, a recommender you ask us to contact).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in 埼玉県 shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one published on the date you confirm an engagement.
