About

A small practice built around careful reading

Neural Network Audit Partners exists for one job: independent audit of applications before they leave your desk. We are not a cram school, not a placement agency, and not a writing studio.

Origin

From committee tables to client memos

The practice began after years of sitting on scholarship shortlists and graduate admissions reading groups in the Kantō region — work that revealed how often strong candidates were undermined by inconsistent packages rather than weak records.

We named the firm for the dense web of documents every serious application becomes: statements, forms, letters, and activity lists that must hold together under pressure. The “network” is the dossier itself, not a machine.

Today the office operates from 松野村 in 埼玉県, with most audits delivered remotely to households and candidates across Japan. In-person handoffs remain available when paper originals or sealed materials require it.

How we work with clients

Values that shape every memo

Authorship stays yours

We will not invent activities or ghostwrite essays. If a claim cannot be defended in interview, we ask you to cut or narrow it.

Criteria before flourish

Published programme language outranks stylistic preference. Beautiful prose that ignores the rubric still fails an audit.

Plain severity notes

Findings use calm, specific language. We avoid flattery and avoid panic. You should finish a memo knowing what to rewrite first.

People

Readers, not coaches

Engagements are led by senior readers with prior experience evaluating scholarship dossiers and employment packages for Japanese institutions. Associate readers assist on long packages; the findings memo always carries a senior signature.

We decline work outside application documents — interview rehearsal theatre, ranking predictions, or guaranteed-outcome packages — so the audit lane stays sharp.
