Privacy notice

This notice explains how Neural Network Audit Partners (“we”) processes personal data in connection with ai-neuralnetworks.digital and our audit of applications services.

Data we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided), message content, application materials you upload for review, billing details needed to issue receipts, and limited technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site.

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver audits, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under Japanese law including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months. Engagement files are retained for three years after the memo date unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies. Accounting records follow statutory retention periods in Japan.

Your rights

Subject to APPI and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at hello@ai-neuralnetworks.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.

International transfers

Materials are ordinarily stored and reviewed in Japan. If a subprocessors outside Japan is used for encrypted file transfer or email, we apply contractual safeguards and limit data to what the transfer requires. We will tell you if a specific engagement requires storage outside Japan.
