Process

Four stages between your drafts and a usable memo

An audit of applications only helps if the sequence is clear. Here is how engagements run from first email to second look — the same skeleton whether you book the flagship package or a narrower review.

What we ask you to gather

Programme or role criteria PDFs, current drafts in the languages you will submit, word or character limits, and the hard portal date. If recommenders have already shared letters with you, include those; if not, we audit only what you control.

  1. Intake & file transfer

You complete a short questionnaire naming the institution, track, and constraints. Drafts move through an encrypted link we provide. We confirm scope and fee in writing before reading begins.

  2. Cross-reading against criteria

Two readers when the package exceeds twelve pages; one senior reader for focused reviews. We map each major claim to the criteria you supplied and note bilingual mismatches where both languages are present.

  3. Findings memo

You receive a structured memo: severity notes, revision priorities, and questions a committee might ask. This is not a rewrite. It is a map of risk.

  4. Clarification call & second look

Flagship audits include a forty-five-minute call and a light second look at pages you mark as revised. Narrower audits include written follow-up questions by email within five business days.
